Feeling confident but want to expand your toolkit? This personalised session helps ease any lingering anxiety, clarifies the birthing process, and empowers you with techniques to work with your body during labour.
Learn how to relax and connect with your mind, body, and baby to feel calm, confident, and empowered as you prepare for a positive birth experience.
Your birth partner plays a big role too, and we’ll cover practical ways they can support you both physically and emotionally during labour.
Our one-on-one class (in-person or online) runs for about 2 hours, but we’ll take the time you need to feel fully prepared.
You’ll get a holistic understanding of labour, explore your birthing options, and discover techniques to stay grounded. Together, we’ll also create a personalised Birth Preferences guide, designed to support a calm, gentle birth and a smooth transition home with your new family.

My husband and I live in Abu Dhabi and attending antenatal classes etc isn’t the norm. As I progressed deeper into my third trimester I started to feel a little panicked. Then I was recommended Jess.
